Hey there! We’re only a day out from the official release of The Circuit – Survival, something that’s very exciting for me as it is the first mobile game (or game of any kind, honestly) that I have ever completed and released. With the big day fast approaching, I figured I’d make a quick news post to better relay my plans for the game to all interested users.
As advertised, the game will release on March 31st. The game has been approved by both Apple and Google so nothing will stop it from being published. It should release in the early morning, once I get home from work. Posts will be made on both The Circuit’s Facebook and X accounts that contain direct links to download the app, or you can search ‘The Circuit – Survival’ in either store.
The app will pop up in Early Access on Google Play, while being listed as full on the Apple App Store since there isn’t an Early Access mode there, though both games are the same. After about a week, version 1.01 will release, it will contain some minor bug fixes and multiple visual improvements. The two bugs that were found are relatively minor, so it shouldn’t effect your enjoyment of the game.
There will be a contact form in the settings of the game that will link you to the form on this website. If you run into any other bugs or just have some suggestions, feel free to fill it out and I’ll see what I can do. I already have more ideas on what to add to the game, including different kinds of challenge modes and an eventual multiplayer mode, I just have to ensure my database setup won’t bankrupt me first.
Of course, the end goal to all of this is to build a full-sized PC game version of The Circuit. Even though that’s a long time away, I plan to get started on some early parts of the development soon.
I look forward to The Circuit’s debut and I hope you are as well!
